Minneapolis Photographer Uses Portraits, Personal Stories to Share Different Walks of Life
Photographer John Noltner prepares to display his project, "A Peace of My Mind."
In 2009, Noltner began interviewing people regarding their thoughts on peace. The interviews were recorded and then united with a black and white portrait. The result is over 50 storytelling images.
Minneapolis-based Noltner says the exhibit highlights the stories of people from all walks of life, and seeks to demonstrate that, despite our differences, we all have similarities and things to learn from one another. WJON's Abby Faulkner caught up with Noltner as he was installing his art in the St. Cloud Public Library.
