Mildred “Millie” M. Le Claire, 89, St. Cloud

Mildred “Millie” M. LeClaire, age 89, St. Cloud, MN, died Monday, February 23, 2015 at St. Benedict’s Senior Community.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 12:30 PM at St. Augustine Catholic Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Entombment will be in Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.

Millie was born September 26, 1925 in New Munich, MN to Joseph and Anna (Frieler) LeClaire. She was employed as a surgical nurse at St. Barnabas Hospital in Minneapolis. Millie retired in 1985 and moved back to St. Cloud. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

Survivors include brothers, Lambert LeClaire of Robbinsdale, MN; and Allen (Shirley) LeClaire of Mesa, AZ; sister, Lillian Skillingstad of Waite Park, MN; sister-in-law, Elaine LeClaire of New Hope, MN; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Richard, Hilary and Delbert LeClaire, and two sisters, Sr. Noel LeClaire, OSB and Gertrude Larson.

Pallbearers will be her great nephews.

The family would like to thank St. Benedict’s Senior Community 4th Floor staff for the loving care they provided for Millie.
