Medica Launches Doctor Ratings, Despite MMA Objections [AUDIO]

UNDATED — Minnesota’s second-largest health plan has launched a new system for rating thousands of doctors on quality and costs.
Medica has posted the information on it’s website. However, the Medical Director of CentraCare Health System Dave Tilstra says you shouldn’t put too much faith in the rating system.

Tilstra says there are other doctor rating systems out there that are more accurate.
About 9,400 doctors statewide have been rated.
