Marina A. Murphy, 47, St. Cloud

August 10, 1969 - November 2, 2016

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00AM Monday, November 7, 2016 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Marina Murphy who died Wednesday at St. Benedict’s Center in St. Cloud. The Rev. Thomas Knoblach will officiate and burial will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Grey Eagle. Visitation will be from 4-8PM Sunday at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in St. Cloud and 1 hour prior to services Monday at the church in St. Cloud.

Mariana was born August 10, 1969 in St. Cloud to Cyril & Clara Mae (Gangl) Murphy. She has lived her entire life in St. Cloud and has worked as a sales associate at Walmart in St. Cloud for many years. Marina was very passionate about her faith. She spent long hours at the library reading everything she could. Her most enjoyable moments were taking long walks and stopping to see friends and relatives along her way. Marina is walking with the angels now; she will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her brothers, Jeffrey of St. Cloud; Bradley of Port Orange, FL; sister in law, Tammy Novak of St. Cloud; nieces and nephews, Ryan (Beth Chouinard) Murphy of Sauk Rapids; Kara (Ryan Olson) Murphy of St. Cloud; Brayden Murphy of Port Orange, FL; great nieces and nephews, Ashton, Torin, Olivia, Lily, Lydia and many friends & relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Nathan Reuter, Dr. Henry Yang, Dr. Paula Lindhorst and the palliative care team along with Homecare/Hospice and all the nurses and staff of the 4th floor surgical care unit at the St. Cloud Hospital for their wonderful care they provided to Marina, God bless.
