Margaret Evelyn Beastrom, age 94, St. Cloud, MN, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Country Manor Senior Community, Sartell, MN.

A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, June 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the church on Monday. Burial will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.

Margaret was born October 23, 1920 in St. Cloud, MN to Cecil and Margaret Evelyn (Madden) Boos. She married Allen J. Beastrom on March 9, 1943 in San Diego, CA. Margaret was employed by Sears as a catalog supervisor. Later she was employed as a cashier for the Al La Carte line at Cathedral High School until the age of 85. Margaret was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church and volunteered at Good Shepherd Senior Community. She had a green thumb, and enjoyed playing bridge, bowling, reading, sewing, square dancing, and traveling - especially cruises.

Survivors include son, Dick (Kris) Beastrom of Sauk Rapids, MN; daughters, Kathy Conlin of St. Cloud, MN; Mary (Larry Thomas) Herzig of St. George, UT; Sherry (Carl) Stemm of Brooklyn Park, MN; Cari (Dave) Evans of St. Cloud, MN; sister, Joyce Dinndorf of St. Cloud, MN; Charlotte Roback of Des Plains, IL; thirteen grandchildren, Kelly (Scott) Johnson, Ken (Shawn) Conlin, Dane (Anne) Beastrom, Rae (Sean) Smuda, Hannah Beastrom, Sonja Beastrom, Summer Beastrom, Felicity Beastrom, Rob Stemm, Trevor Stemm, Ricky Evans, Ryan (Kaeli) Evans and Reid Evans, and five great grandchildren, Jaden and Jordan Johnson, Riley and Kyle Conlin and Liam Sundby-Beastrom, and two more great grandchildren to arrive soon .

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Allen on July 10, 1991, brother, Bob Boos, grandson, Ross Evans, and son-in-law, Bernie Conlin.
