ST. CLOUD -- We told you last month about a level three sex offender that was moving back to southeast St. Cloud when he was released from prison. Now, St. Cloud Police say 30-year-old Jerome Webb will be moving to the the 400 block of 26th Avenue North when he is let out of the Stearns County jail Monday.

Webb is a level three sex offender - a designation which is used to describe criminals who are most likely to re-offend. He has a history of rape and sexual battery against women.

Webb was most recently in prison for assault and illegal possession of a gun stemming from a 2009 incident when he pointed a gun at another man during an argument. He was also charged with terroristic threats and being a felon in possession of a handgun from a separate incident earlier that year. Those charges were dropped as part of a plea agreement.

Webb is now under the Minnesota Department of Corrections intensive supervised release program.

If you have any questions about Webb's release, contact the St. Cloud Police Department.
