Lane Switch Planned for Veterans Drive

ST. CLOUD -- The major construction project known as the West Metro Corridor project is nearing completion.

Westbound traffic will be shifted to the westbound lanes late tomorrow morning. Eastbound traffic will remain in the eastbound lanes. Crews will then close one lane in each direction while work is finished up in the median and the final layer of pavement is poured next week.

Westbound traffic needing to access the Holiday Station Store and Liberty Savings Bank should do so via Ridgewood Road because crews will be working in the median and dedicated left turn lane.

The project should be completely open by the end of next week.
