Kimberly E. Jones, 49, St. Cloud

November 12, 1965 - August 6, 2015

Kimberly Elizabeth Jones, age 49, St. Cloud, MN, died Thursday, August 6, 2015 at her home in St. Cloud, after a courageous battle with multiple myeloma, surrounded by family and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 10, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Salem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.

Kimberly was born November 12, 1965 in St. Cloud, MN to Walter and Helen (Larsen) Jones. She was employed by the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted School District teaching English as a second language in grades K-12 as well as the GED program. Kimberly was always helping others before herself. She loved gardening, flowers, dogs (especially rescued Basset Hounds), reading and British comedies. Family and friends were very dear to her.

Survivors include sister, Karen Jones of Omaha, NE; brother, Walter “Bill” (Terrianne) Jones of Minneapolis, MN; nieces and nephew, Kristin Rowe, Zachary Jones and Katherine Jones; significant other, Mark Bechtold and his son, Cody of St. Cloud, MN; and many extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials are preferred to the Ms. Jones Literacy Fund for Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted
Students.
