John C. Staneart, 63, St. Francis

In accordance with his wishes, graveside services will be private at a later date for John C. Staneart, 63 of St. Francis who passed away on Sunday at his home. Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.

John Christian Staneart was born on October 23, 1951 in St. Cloud to Frank and Flora (Lemmerman) Staneart. He was raised in Sartell and enjoyed fishing, camping and being outdoors. Often referred to as “Johnny”, he was caring, loving, free spirited and always willing to help others in need.

Survivors include his sisters and brother, Sharon (Cliff) Poganski of Isle, Jackie (Gary) Christenson of Aurora, Tim of St. Cloud and Robin (Dan) McKenzie of Royalton; five nephews, one niece and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bill.
