An ice skating circus is coming to St. Cloud!

Circus on Ice combines an 'elegant ice ballet on synthetic ice' with a traditional circus show for two shows on Saturday, May 18th. There will be an evening performance at 4:30 p.m. and a nighttime show at 7 p.m..

The show will feature some popular children's characters, circus acts, jugglers, hula hoops, clowns and 'jaw-dropping' ice skaters.

All seating is general admission and children under two are admitted for free. Adult tickets start at $15 for each show. Doors will open 60 minutes before the show starts.

The show uses synthetic ice because of its environmental benefits:

"Because our synthetic ice is also a recyclable and non-toxic product that does not require glycol chemicals for maintenance. It doesn´t need energy or water for its operation, which achieves excellent energy savings. So it´s an ecological product, respectful of the environment and future generations."

The show is currently divided into two tours, "Magic" and "Amazing." The 'magic' tour is currently trekking across Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota, while the 'amazing' leg is journeying through California, Idaho and Oregon.
