Hot Lotto Ticket with $2.99 Million Jackpot Sold in Minnesota
ROSEVILLE (AP) — Someone has bought a winning Hot Lotto ticket in Minnesota worth a nearly $3 million jackpot.
The Minnesota Lottery says the winning ticket was sold in Nicollet County, in south-central Minnesota.
The ticket for Wednesday's drawing matched the numbers 1-6-13-25-27 and the Hot Ball of 15 to win a jackpot of $2.99 million. The cash option is $2.21 million.
Officials say it's Minnesota's 10th Hot Lotto jackpot winner. It comes two months after Don Conrad of Grand Rapids won a $2.61 million Hot Lotto jackpot on Jan. 14.
The ticket holder has one year from the date of the drawing to claim the prize.
