Home Destroyed by Fire in Western Stearns County

NORTH FORK TOWNSHIP - A home in western Stearns County was destroyed by fire last (Thursday) night.

The sheriff's department says the call came in at about 6:40 p.m. on County Road 201 in North Fork Township, about two miles northeast of Brooten.

By the time fire crews arrived the roof had already collapsed.

The house is owned by 50-year-old Bruce Felling of Belgrade.  There was no one home at the time.

The cause of the fire is not known.
