GSDC to Honor Four St. Cloud Area Business Leaders

ST. CLOUD -- The Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation will be recognizing four St. Cloud area companies and their leaders at its annual meeting Thursday.

Richard Bernick from The Bernick Companies and Daniel Coborn will be recognized as GSDC Community Pillar Tributes. Each man has successful led their family's company, Bernick Companies and Coborn's throughout the years. Both business leaders have been generous and have contributed to the St. Cloud community's growth.

A founding investor in GSDC, CentraCare Health, will be awarded the GSDC Community Catalyst Award. The award recognizes a company that is a leader in initiating and supporting economic and community growth in St. Cloud. CentraCare is being honored for creating the BLEND program, the Feeling Good Minnesota Iniative and the GSDC Workplace Well-Being Iniative.

This year's GSDC Leadership Award will be presented to Marty Moran. Moran is the Chief Executive Officer of Clear Path, LLC. Moran played a major role in founding the GSDC in 2011. He was the interim CEO and has been a board member since GSDC got started.

GSDC brings local businesses, organizations and leaders together to create initiatives to make the St. Cloud metro area one of the best places to work and live in the country.
