Grand Jury Indicts 2 Men In Jamie Wylie Death
ST. CLOUD (AP) - A Benton County grand jury has indicted two men in the death of a man who had been missing for several months.
Twenty-Six-year-old Travis McKinney was indicted this week in the death of 31-year-old Jamie Wylie of Foley. McKinney was charged in May with first- and second-degree murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm and interfering with a dead body.
Twenty-five-year-old Joshua Smith was indicted on charges of aiding and abetting first- and second-degree murder.
Wylie was found with gunshot wounds behind a business east of St. Cloud in March. His family said they last had contact with him in December.
Prosecutors say McKinney shot Wylie twice with a shotgun and Smith drove the men to the area.
