The Gopher men’s basketball team defeated Indiana 67-63 Tuesday night to get their first Big Ten win.  Minnesota trailed by 6 at halftime but rallied with a 10-0 run in the 2nd half.  Blake Hoffarber led the Gophers with 16 points, Al Nolen added 14 points and Trevor Mbakwe contributed 11 points and 16 rebounds.  Minnesota will have to play the rest of the season without guard Devoe Joseph.  He has left the program and expects to transfer.  The Gophers are 12-3 overall and 1-2 in the Big Ten and will play at #2 Ohio State Sunday at 1pm, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 12:30.
