ST. PAUL (AP) - Gov. Mark Dayton has declared Monday "Go Wild Day" as the Minnesota Wild return to the Twin Cities for the third game of the NHL hockey playoff series against the Colorado Avalanche.

Dayton plans to wear his Minnesota Wild jersey to work Monday and encouraged others to support the team by wearing its colors. Dayton is an avid hockey fan and was an All-State high school goalie in Minnesota.

The Wild will have to step up its game after losing the first two games in Colorado. There's a pre-game party for fans at 4 p.m. outside Gate 2 of Xcel Energy Center. Game time is 6 p.m.
