ST. CLOUD -- The St. Cloud Salvation Army is looking for volunteers for its Food Shelf and Community Lunch Programs.

Major Lee Morrison, who has been with the Salvation Army for decades, has been involved with the St. Cloud branch for the past two years.

He says those who volunteer will see firsthand the positive impact they have on the community as well as themselves.

Morrison says the majority of volunteer duties is similar to the basic work found in any restaurant but says they are always looking for help in other areas.

"If they have a skill, we can probably find a place where we can fit it in... and help us make a difference in the lives of the people we serve," Morrison says.
