STILLWATER (AP) - A former real estate agent has pleaded guilty to drug possession after being accused of taking prescription painkillers from a Stillwater home he was selling.

Sixty-three-year-old Lawrence Yearsley reached a plea agreement with prosecutors in Washington County. The White Bear Lake man was charged in January with felony theft.

Homeowners who hired Yearsley to sell their house reported a controlled substance missing from their son's room.

Sentencing is July 27.
