Fight Breaks Out During Alleged Drug Buy

ST. CLOUD  - An alleged drug buy went bad when the seller pulled a gun.

St. Cloud police say the incident happened in the 400 block of 33rd Avenue North at about 8:00 p.m. last (Thursday) night.

The 45-year-old victim had just bought a small amount of marijuana from 36-year-old Giovanni Guzman of Sartell.  Guzman then pulled a replica gun and demanded money.  A fight between the two men followed.

Guzman was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail.
