Fox Sports is reporting that quarterback Brett Favre has filed his retirement papers and this time he's expected to stay retired.  The 41-year quarterback filed retirement papers following the 2008 season but came back and played for the Vikings in 2009 and 2010.  Favre played 2 seasons for the Vikings after playing 17 seasons with Green Bay and 1 game with the New York Jets.  Favre has said all season that the 2010 season would be his last.
