ST. CLOUD -- The second of two girls high school basketball coaches accused of having sexual contact with their players has agreed to a plea deal.

30-year-old Darrin Myhre pleaded guilty to one count of misconduct by a public employee. Fellow coach Andrew Schwan earlier pleaded guilty to the same charge.

Under the agreement, Myhre must serve a maximum of 10 days in jail, register as a predatory offender for 10 years and have no contact with the players.

The two were charged with multiple charges including 4th degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to the criminal complaint, Myhre and Schwan were coaches at Lake Park Audubon High School. They were accused of offering the 17-year-old girls alcohol and fondling them at the St. Cloud Holiday Inn in 2009. The team was staying there during a tournament.

The men have since resigned their positions.
