Features compositions by female composers and World Premiere of "Quia Ergo Femina" by Yiğit Kolat ,commissioned by Lola Wolf in honor of Mother Benedicta Riepp, foundress of Saint Benedict's Monastery. Reception follows.
Evening Prayer, at 4:30 p.m. in the Oratory, will celebrate Hildegard of Bingen, whose chant "Quia Ergo Femina" is incorporated into the commissioned piece.
