Hoop jams are an open, informal flow session and great opportunity to learn about hula hooping and meet other local hoopers. I'm by no means a hula hoop professional but I've been hooping for years and am willing to share the tricks and tips I know.
I have tunes playing and have handmande hula hoops to use and for sale. We also have access to bathrooms. Hoop jams are open to all ages and skill levels. No prior hoop experience needed!! I just ask for a small donation to help cover the use of the studio and other charity events we do.
