Helping Hands Outreach is hosting a concert in September featuring local storyteller and folk singer Charlie Roth.
The concert is Tuesday September 19 at 1:15 p.m. in the St. Stephen Parish Hall in St. Stephen.
Free and open to the public. Lunch is served and supported by goodwill donations. The concerts are supported by a grant from the Central Minnesota Arts Board and a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
