Whitney Senior Center presents the 2017 Health and Fitness Fair. At this fair, attendees will be able to gain knowledge and resources that help people age 55 and older. There will also be a traveling health screening which covers memory, stroke, sleep, balance, cognition, nutrition, and many more. This fair is free and open to the public with door prizes. The Health and Fitness Fair will be held on Thursday, April 6th starting at 8:00 a.m. to noon at the Whitney Recreation Center.
