Election 2014: Stearns County Elects Sanner to Fourth Term

ST. CLOUD -- Stearns County chose familiarity over change Tuesday when voters elected John Sanner to remain as sheriff.

Sanner was elected to his fourth and what he says will be his last term in office.

Sanner is thankful for the opportunity to serve Stearns County for four more years and says he'll carry out the duties of sheriff professionally, with integrity and dedication.

Sheriff Sanner defeated challenger Mark Bromenschenkel 55%-45%.
