Debra Dinkel was born July 21, 1954 in Long Prairie, Minnesota, the daughter of David P. and Agnes C. (Waletzko) Dinkel. She grew up on the family farm in Hartford Township and attended St. Mary’s Grade School and public school in Long Prairie, graduating from Long Prairie High School in 1972. She then married her high school sweetheart, Russell Noble on September 30, 1978 in Long Prairie. They were blessed with a son, Mitchell in 1986. Her “boys” were the love of her life. Debra was employed with St. John’s Hospital in Browerville as Hospital Administrator for many years. Her next employment was at St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls as patient financial service director at the time of her death. Her work ethic was beyond the call of duty. She was not just a boss to her staff, she was a dear friend and mentor.

Debra was a member of St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. She was an avid Twins and Vikings fan. She enjoyed flower gardening, shopping and long drives with Russ. In 2012 Deb beat the fight of cancer. She fought with a strong faith and very positive attitude. She was a good friend to many people, always willing to help when needed. She was a very kind and caring person, and was a wonderful mother. Her brilliant blue eyes and beautiful smile will be missed- but never forgotten. We Will Always Love Ya Debbie!

Deb is survived by her husband Russell, Long Prairie, son Mitchell (Brittany) Noble, Fargo; siblings, Carolyn Petersen, Inver Grove Heights; Patricia (Dave) Stotts, Elk River; Jeff (Cheryl) Dinkel, Jane (Jim) Mitzel, and Janet Dinkel, all of Long Prairie.
