ST. CLOUD - The Paramount Theatre is welcoming critically-acclaimed country singer and musician Kathy Mattea to the stage this weekend.

She's mid-way through her national tour for her new album,"Calling Me Home," released earlier this year.

Mattea stepped into the national spotlight in 1983 after recording her self-titled first album. Since then, she's released 17 albums and racked up more than 30 Billboard  country singles, including number one hits "Eighteen Wheels and a Dozen Roses," "Goin' Gone" and "Come From the Heart."

Mattea has won multiple Grammy Awards for country, folk and gospel-inflected music, and was named to the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame in 2011.

Mattea will be stepping onto the Paramount Theatre stage tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are still available, and range from $16 to $22. For info, or to buy tickets, visit the Paramount Theatre website, or call the box office at 259-5463.
