Coborn’s Inc. Buying 5 Liquor Stores in North Dakota
SAUK RAPIDS – Coborn’s Incorporated is planning to buy five liquor stores in North Dakota.
They are acquiring four Captain Jack’s liquor stores in Bismark, and one Bill’s Liquor in Mandan, pending approval of the liquor license transfers by the city councils. The stores will continue to operate under their current names.
Coborn’s will own and operate 35 liquor stores, once the transition is complete. They also own 48 grocery stores across the upper Midwest.
