Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Friday, December 11, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Waite Park for Cecelia A. Wiener, 85, who passed away peacefully at St. Benedict’s Senior Care in St. Cloud. Rev. David Grundman will officiate and burial will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery beside her loving husband. Visitation will be Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 4:30-8:30PM at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud and one hour prior to services at the church on Friday.

Cecelia was born September 8, 1930 in River Falls, Wisconsin to Edwin and Pearl (Wooley) Cernohous. She married Bernard Wiener on July 19, 1958 in River Falls, Wisconsin. The couple has resided in the St. Cloud area since the late 1950’s. Cecelia was a homemaker tending to her family’s needs. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church; attending every holiday mass. Cecelia’s faith meant the world to her and she walked strongly in prayer and faith. She always put others needs before her own. Cecelia enjoyed baking, crocheting, sewing, gardening and tending to her African Violet. Most importantly, Cecelia enjoyed spending time and caring for her family. Her infectious smile will be dearly missed by all who knew Cecelia.

She is survived by her children, Joseph (Michelle) of St. Cloud, Mark of Waite Park, Anthony “Tony” of Sauk Rapids, James “Jim” of Waite Park; Theresa of Waite Park; siblings, Alice (John) Kesan of Ladysmith, WI, Blanche Roberts of Wisonsin Dells, WI, Wayne (Linda) Applebee of Tony, WI; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bernard; siblings, James Cernohous, Donald Cernohous, Leona Spielman; niece, Diane Spielman; and nephew, David Spielman.
