Burglars Hit Homes on North And Southside

Brazen burglars entered an attached open garage in the 3200 block of 9th Street North while the residents were inside their home Saturday afternoon.
An investigation revealed that sometime between 12:30 and 1:30pm someone entered the garage taking a bicycle and several packs of cigarettes and a lighter.
A check with nearby neighbors turned up no suspects or witnesses.

Another burglary in the 1900 block of 14th Street South is also under investigation.
An unknown suspect entered possibly through an unlocked back door of a residence and took an undetermined amount of cash.
The owners were not home at the time.
Authorities ask anyone with information to call Police or Crimestoppers.
