Broadside Crash in Sherburne County Causes Minor Injuries
SHERBURNE COUNTY -- There were minor injuries in a two car crash on Highway 10 yesterday (Saturday).
The incident happened just after 1:30 p.m.
19-year-old Alec Sharkhaus, of Big Lake, was traveling southbound on Lakeshore Drive towards Highway 10. Sharkhaus then turned into the right lane on Highway 10, broadsiding a 2008 Honda Accord.
The Accord then rolled into the center median resting on it's wheels.
52-year-old Deborah Bailey, of Zimmerman, was the driver of the Accord. She suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Her passenger, 20-year-old Mason Fritz, had no apparent injuries.
Sharkhaus was not hurt in the crash.
