Boy Pulls a Knife on a St. Cloud Resident

ST. CLOUD - A scary confrontation for a 21-year-old St. Cloud man.

The victim says he confronted a boy after he watched him tip over a dumpster.  The suspect then pulled a knife and held it to his throat.

He's described as a white boy in his teens, wearing a black tank top and blue jeans.

Police say the incident happened at about 1:45 a.m. on Sunday in the 700 block of 7th Avenue South.
