Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, January 15, 2016, at Williams Dingmann Funeral Home in St. Cloud for Bonnie M. Habiger who passed away peacefully Sunday at Sterling Park Health Care Center, Waite Park, surrounded by her loving family Rev. Yolanda Lehman will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 14, 2016 and one hour prior to services on Friday at Williams Dingmann Funeral Home, St. Cloud.

Bonnie was born on March 23, 1932, and her parents were Albert and Ellen (Benson) Johnson. She married George M. Habiger Jr. on January 9, 1954 in Oak Park. Prior to her marriage Bonnie worked for Stearns County Abstract. She then worked as a para professional for School Dist. 742 until retirement. Bonnie was a joyful woman who cleaned morning to night. She had a great memory and never missed anyone’s birthday. Bonnie loved cats, and she always had something nice to say about everyone. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, and polka dancing. Bonnie was also talented in playing the accordion, piano and clarinet. The most important thing in her life was her family. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Judy (Dale) Richter of St. Joseph, Thomas Habiger of St. Cloud, Jim (Betty) Habiger of St. Joseph, Sandy (Ronnie Kelm) Habiger of Waite Park, Sharon (Daniel) Dunlap of Sauk Rapids, Jerry (Shelly Zautner) Habiger of Kimball, Nancy Habiger of Waite Park and Tammy Habiger of Sauk Rapids; 10 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, George on January 1, 2002; great grandson, Griffin Brickweg.
