UPDATE: Wind Chill Warning Through Thursday Morning

UNDATED  (AP) - The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning for our area through noon tomorrow (Thursday).

Blizzard conditions continue across western and parts of southern Minnesota this afternoon.

These conditions are expected to last until this evening when the wind speeds begin to fall.

Dangerously cold wind chill values will be seen across the region through tomorrow morning.
