Big Lake Woman Hurt In Motorcycle Crash in Wright County

MONTICELL0 - A Big Lake woman was hurt when the motorcycle she was driving collided with a car. The State Patrol says the incident happened at about 8:20 a.m. this (Wednesday) morning on Naber Avenue at Highway 241 in Wright County.

A car driven by 70-year-old Diana Peters of Rogers was heading south on Naber, and making a left turn on to Highway 241. Meanwhile, a motorcycle driven by 29-year-old Ashley Garcia of Big Lake, was crossing Highway 241 and was struck.

The State Patrol says the light was green and switching to yellow at the time of the crash.

Garcia has non life-threatening injuries. Peters was not hurt.
