ATV Crash Causes Injuries to Rider in Albany Township

ALBANY TOWNSHIP -- The Stearns County Sheriff's Office responded to an ATV crash near the address of 33246 CO RD 156 in Albany Township at 4:29 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

20-year-old Nathan Klapake, of Avon, was operating the ATV on private property when he lost control of the ATV and crashed into a tree.

He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Klaphake was air lifted to Centra Care Hospital in St. Cloud to be treated for the injuries he sustained from the crash.
