ST. CLOUD -- One of two men accused in a March 2013 assault and robbery has been found guilty on four of eight charges against him.

Stearns County Judge Frank Kundrat found 23-year-old Andre Kidd guilty on two counts of aiding and abetting first-degree aggravated robbery and aiding and abetting first-degree burglary.

Kidd was found not guilty on three counts of aiding and abetting attempted first-degree murder and one count of being a felon in possession of a gun.

Kidd and 24-year-old Benjamin Lenoir are charged with breaking into a St. Cloud duplex at 412 17th Avenue North with a third man and looking for money and drugs.

A man living at the home was attacked and taken to the hospital with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the head. Judge Kundrat ruled that the victim was pistol-whipped and that the gun likely fired as a result of the gun striking the victim.

Kidd has a sentencing hearing scheduled for August 28th.

Lenoir's case is still moving through the court system.  He is scheduled to stand trial in December.
