Arrest Made After Man Allegedly Tries to Punch Officer

ST. CLOUD  - A 31-year-old St. Cloud man is facing a number of charges after he allegedly tried to punch an officer.

Hector Marroquin-Aragon is also accused of threatening to kill the officer and his family.

St. Cloud Police and the Minnesota State Patrol Deputies found Marroquin-Aragon passed out on a sidewalk at about 2:40 a.m. this (Wednesday) morning.
