MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - About 100 people are demonstrating outside the federal courthouse in Minneapolis against a landmark Supreme Court ruling that opened the door for corporations and labor unions to pour more money into politics.

The Minneapolis demonstration is among several around the country near the second anniversary of the Citizens United ruling. Several speakers railed against the ruling, interspersed with chants and street theater.

One skit included a "judge" performing a marriage ceremony between a person and a corporation.

The event was sponsored by Move to Amend, a group trying to gather support for a constitutional amendment that would undo Citizens United. Volunteers with clipboards circulated in the crowd gathering petition signatures.

The event also attracted support from the Occupy Minneapolis movement, with signs and banners that echoed their slogans.
