ELK RIVER - Two people were hurt in a head on crash on Highway 10.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 67-year-old Barbara Wehrwein of Elk River was going the wrong way in the left lane of westbound Highway 10. Two vehicles that were going west struck Wehrwein's vehicle. They were driven by 47-year-old Kristi Hultberg of Elk River and 31-year-old Gregory Lindgren of Montrose.

The State Patrol says alcohol was detected in Wehrwein's system.

Both Wehrwein and Hultberg were taken to the the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Lindgren was not hurt.

It happened at 8:00 p.m. last (Wednesday) night between Big Lake and Elk River.
