CANTON (AP) - Authorities have pulled two bodies from the rubble of an Amish house fire that hurt three other people in southeastern Minnesota.

Fillmore County Sheriff Tom Kaase says the bodies were recovered Monday afternoon and were taken to the coroner's office for identification.

Neighbors gathered at the property Monday morning and said the home is owned by a bishop of the local Amish community. Authorities say two people were taken to Gunderson Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Kaase says one person was treated and released, and the other is expected to be released Tuesday.

A family member was evaluated at the scene and then went to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.

The main home was destroyed and another home was damaged by the fire.
