1 Killed and 5 Seriously Hurt in Broadside Crash in Darwin
DARWIN -- One person was killed and five seriously hurt in a broadside crash last (Friday) night in Darwin.
The state patrol says the incident happened just after 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 12 and County Road 14.
A car driven by 28-year-old Noelle Pridgen of Brandon, Florida drove through a stop sign and stuck a car driven by 35-year-old Billy Crottier of Litchfield.
Pridgen and her passenger, 20-year-old Tamya Hill of Kittery, Maine, have serious injuries.
Crottier and his passengers, 7-year-old Zachary Crottier and 3-year-old Alexis Crottier, also suffered serious injuries.
A sixth person involved in the crash has died. Their name has not yet been released.
