1 Hurt After Motorcycle Crashes With Car in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud woman is hurt after her motorcycle was struck by a car Friday afternoon.

St. Cloud police say the incident happened just before 1:00 p.m. at the intersection of 5th Avenue and 6th Street South in St. Cloud.

A car driven by 18-year-old Lucas Thomes of Rockville failed to stop at a stop sign on 5th Avenue South and struck an eastbound motorcycle driven by 45-year-old Lisa Johnson of St. Cloud.

Johnson was taken to St. Cloud hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Thomes was cited for a stop sign violation.
