ST. CLOUD -- The March weather summary from St. Cloud State University says St. Cloud's average temperature last month was 24.3 degrees -- about four-degrees colder than normal.  It was our coldest March since 2002.

We also had 12.3 inches of snow last month -- that's nearly four-inches above normal, and ranks as the 19th snowiest March ever in St. Cloud.  We've now had 63.5 inches of snow this season, which is 19 inches above normal.  So far this is our 14th snowiest winter on record in St. Cloud.

And, as for rain, we had over two-inches in March -- about a half-inch above normal.
