Chateau Waters Construction On Schedule For Summer Opening

SARTELL -- Construction on Chateau Waters senior living community in Sartell is on schedule to be finished this summer.

The new 100-unit senior apartment building is expected to be opened by July.

Senior Project Manager Val Rothlisberger with Imagewerks Marketing says the exterior work is nearing completion and workers will begin painting, tiling and cabinetry for the building next month.

Chateau Waters will provide seniors, ages 62 and older, a number of indoor and outdoor amenities such as pickleball courts, pool, restaurant, movie theater and community rooms.

The apartments will also have an open concept so each resident have enough space to entertain family and friends.

The facility will be much like St. Benedict's Senior Community in St. Cloud, and be home to St. Benedict's new Therapy Suites, which will feature 24 private rooms for those needing extra care following a hospital stay.

Chateau Waters is planning a Spring Tour Event, but you can get an earlier look at some of the apartment features in their model showroom next to the House of Pizza.
