North Dakota Company Acquires Legends at Heritage Place in Sartell

SARTELL -- A North Dakota company has bought the rights of a Sartell senior living facility.

Edgewood Management Group announced Thursday their acquisition of Legends at Heritage Place.

Edgewood Medical Group President Russell Kubik says:

"we are excited to welcome The Legends at Heritage Place to the Edgewood family. Their team has a long history of providing quality care and services to seniors and we look forward to help them carry on that tradition."

Kubik says they plan to renovate the facility as well as rename it to Edgewood Senior Living in Sartell.

Edgewood Management Group operates more than 55 independent living, assisted living and memory care communities in seven states and employees over 2,600 people.
