The Minnesota Wild traded for left winger Dany Heatley Sunday with San Jose and send forward Martin Havlat to the Sharks in exchange.  Heatley is a 30-year old goal scorer who had 26 goals and 38 assists for San Jose last season.  He scored 64 points.  The Wild will be the 4th NHL team for Heatley.

Havlat had 22 goals and 40 assists (62 points) for the Wild last season.  Heatley said Monday he is ready to be the go-to scorer for the Wild.

The Wild also signed goaltender Josh Harding to a 1-year contract.
