It's the latest business to sign a lease at the project. Developer Brian Schoenborn says they now have two of the four buildings in the North 100 block filled - Brothers and Cloud Coworking. He says they're also very close to filling the 125 building.

The developers of the 5th Avenue Live! project have announced they've signed a lease to bring a "Brothers Est. 1967 Bar and Grill" to the 100 block of 5th Avenue North. It will be located in the 119 building, which was formerly the 5th Avenue Furniture store.
