UNDATED – If you’ve gotten a tattoo within the past year, you no longer have to wait to donate blood. Red Cross spokeswoman Sue Gonsior says the state law has changed…

Gonsior says the law actually changed in 2010, but it took nearly two years for the state to complete the licensures of all of the state’s tattoo parlors and tattoo artists.
